President, Sales & Marketing

This position is for a person who is ready to start part-time as soon as possible, and prepare for a full time commitment starting September 1st 2010.  The part-time position will be based on commissions of all company sales only, and the full time position will be based on a fixed monthly salary, plus bonus based on company sales, plus a stock-option plan.



Country Sales Manager

This is not a salary paid position, but a potentially very profitable self-employed business opportunity, which also includes much more than just the GoodleToolz product line.  The opportunity we are offering here is made up of a combination of several FGMA developed concepts, including, but not limited to, GoodleAdz – GoodleWorld and of course GoodleToolz.

This opportunity requires an investment.



Area Sales Manager

Again, this is not a paid position, but a self-employed business opportunity.  The person lucky to be selected to secure this “franchise” for her or himself, will be able to profit from all of the same products, services and concepts as is the case for the “Country Sales Manager”, - but “limited” to a specific market, city or geographic area within a country.

Affiliate Marketing Partners

We want to welcome you as one of our Affiliate Partners!

The GoodleToolz VIP package (Video Internet Presence Package) is a growing package of online Video communication tools designed to help any person or business improve their online results and profits. Become a GoodleToolz Affiliate Partner and turn this advanced Video Presence Package into a profitable income or business opportunity.

The only requirement to become a GoodleToolz Affiliate Partner is to purchase your own GoodleToolz VIP package, and to pay the one-time affiliate partner set-up fee of $99.95. (The normal $49.95 customer set-up fee is then waived) If you are currently a GoodleToolz VIP Package owner, then you simply pay the set-up fee of $99.95. There is an annual $49.95 affiliate renewal fee.

Once you are an Affiliate Partner, you will be supplied an online back-office where you will find a complete control-center of your GoodleToolz business, as well as a growing number of sales and marketing tools.

Three exciting ways to earn money:
As a GoodleToolz Affiliate Partner you will start off with two ways of earning income, and in early 2011 a third income opportunity will also be made available to all Affiliate Partners.

1 ) Earn ongoing, monthly commissions on all subscription payments three levels down.
2 ) Earn training bonuses for helping new affiliate partners get started. Please see detailed information below on training bonuses.
c ) Affiliate Partners may earn a performance bonus. See details below for eligibility.

Residual income from subscription commissions:
Commissions from monthly subscription payments are paid three levels below you. commissions are generated from both main account and sub-account subscriptions.

a ) The monthly subscription payment of $24.95 on all main accounts.
b ) The monthly subscription payment of $12.95 down to $7.95 on all sub-accounts, private and business.

The monthly commissions paid are as follows:
On all first level payments:         30%
On all second level payments:     10%
On all third level payments:        20%

And remember, this is an automatic residual income! You do not have to do anything to keep this automatic income coming month after month, year after year, except for paying your annual Affiliate Partner fee of $49.95.

New Affiliate Partner Training Bonuses
You may sell and/or recruit as many Affiliate Partners you wish on your first level. But in order to maximize the earning potential of this system, you must focus on helping those below you succeed. As a GoodleToolz Affiliate Partner you will be paid well for training and helping others
to succeed. Not only does focusing on this part of the opportunity strongly enhance your
own progress to substantial monthly residual payments, but it could provide you with
thousands of dollars in additional income from just spending some time working with and
helping other GoodleToolz affiliate partners in your organization.

As an Affiliate Partner focusing on earning money from training bonuses your first priority is to recruit three (3) other Affiliate Partners and then help each of those three to do the same. In short we refer to this as the 3 Plus 9 Plan.


For each complete 3 Plus 9 matrix, you will be paid a training bonus of US$600. However, there is one condition for this: All 12 of the new affiliate partners must be recruited as fully paid AP´s within a period of 120 days. This is how this will work:

a ) If AP No. 1 is recruited on May1st, no 2 is recruited on May10th, and No. 12 is recruited 125 days later, it means the following:
b ) AP No. 1 was signed up more than 120 days previously and does not count towards the $600 training commission.
c ) At this point you still have 5 days to get AP no. 12 in place.

Additional Performance Bonuses
The company is also working on introducing additional, rather exciting sales and training bonuses. Those will only be made known to those who has signed up and who already
are part of our global sales and marketing team.

Business Affiliate Partners
Our company is also looking to recruit a limited number of Business Affiliate Partners in various countries around the world. Although any one of our AP´s may market our products to businesses, we want to enter into a special agreement with a few select professionals, who in addition to being able to offer GoodleToolz to their business clients, also will be able to offer all the other GoodleAdz products and services to such clients.

However, there is also another extremely exciting aspect to this particular opportunity to be known as GoodleCity. Please be warned that a minimum investment will be required from anyone aspiring to become a BUSINESS Affiliate Partner” with us. And also, such a person may not be sponsored by anyone else in the GoodleToolz team of Affiliate Partners.
