Starting off, the datacenter we are using has a round-the-clock interior and exterior surveillance monitoring system in place to protect the access to our data. Our servers reside behind multiple layers of physical security barriers. Only a limited number of authorized IT personnel have access to the physical systems. Visitors and consultants are only granted access with prior clearance and an appropriate escort.

Our firewalls and routers are configured by security experts. Every time the configuration of these peripheral systems change, an outside security consultant independently verifies the validity and security of the configuration.

At the servers themselves, security is kept at the highest levels of protection based on Microsoft's recommended best practices by our in house experts, based on experience gained in working with Microsoft server since 1992.
